This is the way we start every ride.
After you connect with your horse, we'll head down our country road to the entrance of the trail to a private waterfall.
We will ride for about one hour, noticing another natural connection our connection to Earth and the rainforest's

After you connect with your horse, we'll head down our country road to the entrance of the trail to a private waterfall.
We will ride for about one hour, noticing another natural connection our connection to Earth and the rainforest's ecosystems. There is plenty of time to take photographs; we are never in a rush. There is a chance to see many tropical birds, monkeys, poison dart frogs, and sloths.
We'll swim in the pool at the base of the waterfall, have lunch, and then ride back to the starting point.
You may opt to take a side trip to a family farm for lunch.
The tour starts at 0830, and we tend to get back between 1600 and 1700. Lunch is provided.

Many factors are considered on this tour, and each experience is different. We recommend you take one of our other rides before experiencing this activity to become comfortable riding your horse; however, it may not be necessary if you have extensive riding experience in the outdoors.

A typical day involves riding or trailering the horses to a working farm. We help the rancher to move cattle and do simple vetting procedures. We will enjoy the typical food of the country people. Wildlife encounters are varied and abundant on this day of cultural adventure!
This is generally a full 8 to 9-hour day.

I've set up the locations and starred in a TV pilot called 'Bird Nerds,' organized weddings in the jungle on horseback, work with the Broadreach veterinary students, and led groups of people facing assorted developmental and physical challenges.
I've supported equine therapy retreats for at-risk children, set up photo shoots for famous equine photographers, and even helped 7-up shoot a commercial at our waterfall!
